• Search on unique terms. Avoid common terms, such as plans, select, etc.
• Results are displayed in categorized sections. Result page categories are in a fixed order. Page ranking will apply within each category.
• When entering query, if multiple words are entered both words will be searched for. Documents that have both words appearing will appear higher in the results than those that do not.
• For selected branded terms, equivalent search terms have been added, e.g., TPA, TPA Select or ira and "simple ira", etc.
• Searching for a phrase will return more specific results; use quotes to indicate phrase.
• To search for all documents, use the wildcard feature *.
• To narrow results, select a specific category.
• To further narrow results, select or check one or more filters e.g., business profile, product.
